ROCK JACOBS

Rock Jacobs is a highly experienced Writer, Director, and Producer, as well as the Founder of Rebel Entertainment and its respective subsidiaries Rebel of America, Rebel of Asia, and Rebel Ventures. Bringing with him over two decades of knowledge and experience in entertainment, Jacobs has elevated countless projects and initiatives across the industry.

Most recently, Jacobs has Executive Produced a number of feature films including Avenue Entertainment’s “One True Loves,” starring Simu Liu, Luke Bracey, and Phillipa Soo, as well as Netflix’s Private Property starring Ashley Benson. Beyond his work in the film and television world, Jacobs has previously partnered with top music brands including Universal Music Group, Warner Music, and Virgin Records, while also directing, producing and writing music videos for artists including Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Ice Cube, and Skrillex.

Jacobs was awarded with a Stellar Award for music video of the year, for his work with Kirk Franklin on Wanna Be Happy. In addition, he has directed and produced commercials for global brands such as Aston Martin, TopGolf, Mercedes Benz, and McDonalds. Jacobs has completed over 400 productions as a director, writer, and producer, while shooting across 4 continents, and collectively his work has obtained over 1 billion views.

The blend of technology and entertainment have always been at the forefront of Jacobs’ career. Through his production company Rebel of America, Jacobs recently partnered with Aston Models for Miami Swim Week 2021. Using cutting edge technology to create an Augmented Reality experience, Jacobs and his team brought the models to life as 3D holograms. STEWART BAIN

Scottish born Stewart Bain brings over 25 years of global business development & commercial experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, sports & lifestyle industries, holding positions in Europe, Asia Pacific & the USA. Stewart's global experience, encompass strategic sales & marketing, sponsorship & commercial development, and brand architecture, has seen him regarded as one of the great 'business connectors'. His executive career began with global roles with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, moving onto building business interests with Formula 1 driver & fellow country-man David Coulthard in Monaco.

Following a successful role with Chelsea Football Club for owner Roman Abramovich. Stewart A1GP World Cup of Motorsport from 2006 and its expansion, until being headhunted to launch the global lifestyle watch brand - TW Steel. He was responsible for TW Steel's global footprint & commercialization around the world with partnerships in F1, MotoGP & the entertainment industry for the last 6 years. His work & experience has seen him work with companies & brands such as Redbull, Yamaha, Dubai Airports, Heineken, GoDaddy, AMG/Mercedes Benz, Lotus, Renault, American Express, Ferrari among many others across all industry sectors.

NATALIE MARCIANO

Natalie Marciano is an acclaimed Writer and Executive Producer. With her vast experience in development and a keen eye for content, Marciano brings with her an impressive resume of credits. She is currently serving as a co-executive producer on Freud’s Last Session, Anthony Hopkins’ latest feature, and is also looking forward to the release of two upcoming feature films as a writer; Climb Your Everest which highlights the first female Iranian to climb the 7 Summits, as well as an exciting and highly anticipated upcoming biopic, that features two iconic women in entertainment.

Her most recent producing credit can be seen in The Clean Up Crew which stars Antonio Banderas and Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and in 2022, Marciano co-produced Man In The Long Black Coat (Christopher Lloyd and Dermot Mulroney), as well as co-executive produced the feature film, The Donor Party (Malin Akerman, Jerry O’Connell and Rob Cordry). Previously working in development, producing, and writing for several production companies and TV studios such as Showtime Networks, and on hit shows such as Dexter, Californication, Weeds, and Tudors- Marciano brings with her a unique creative edge.

Working with top names such as Brie Larson, Steven Spielberg, and David Duchovny, while also ghostwriting for a number of high profile projects, Marciano has garnered strong relationships with other showrunners throughout the industry. She currently resides in Los

DENISE C. MORENO

Board Member to Rebel: Denise Moreno builds relationships with integrity, discretion, and professionalism. She has successfully integrated her passion for music and real estate with record sales. Denise’s entertainment clients trust her at the highest level because of the stellar reputation she gained while in the music industry. She understands this world and how to take care of her clients, and for this reason is also known for working and collaborating with ultra high net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and Forbes 400 executives globally. She has proven to be a valuable asset because of her impeccable standards, expertise and ability to deliver top tier results. Denise earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Economics from the University of Southern California.

LES J. GOODWIN

Board member to Rebel Ventures, founder of ISE Advisory Group, Inc. (ISE) on the premise that corporate management, owners and investors need outsourced expertise to facilitate strategic planning, project management, human capital assessment and change management planning. Mr. Goodwin, has over 43 years’ experience in corporate expansion, mergers and acquisitions, change management, income/expense management, strategic planning and execution oversight. He has formed a team of professionals to offer actionable strategies to improve performance and sustain a lasting financial impact for growth. A key factor in his success has been in creating solutions for management, owners and investors to make well-informed decisions to address challenges and takes advantage of opportunities.
